Red wine, very intense ruby red. Gives a great, fruity sensation to the nose,
dominating elegant aromas that are reminiscent fo the Monastrell and Tempranillo
varietals from where it originates. A wine with great structure in the mouth,
very persistent and a tannic finish that ensures it a long life. Aged in oak
casks.
It should be consumed at a temperature of between 16ºC and 18ºC.
To by accompanied by game, red meat, roast meat; due to its great structure
it can also accompany Iberian pork and nouvelle cuisine dishes.
Intense ruby red with dark cherry colour edges, very lively and brilliant,
giving and intense, elegant aroma of reduction on the nose. Retro-olfaction
reveals fruity, woody characteristics that are reminiscent of the Monastrel
and Tempranillo varietals they originate from. Woody notes from good ageing
in oak casks.
Proves tasty, powerful and excellently structured in the mouth, with and excellent
alcohol-acidity relationship. Noble tannins can be appreciated.

VEGA JIMENA, red Reserva
Very Intense, cherry red garnet colour, lively and very brilliant. Complex
aromas appreciated on the nose with a delicate, bouquet of a spicy, fruity
nature that is reminiscent of the Monastrel and Tempranillo varietals it originates
from. Afterstate and retro-olfaction reveal a full, harmonious, very persistent
and excellent wood ageing.
