Red wine, intense ruby red and very brilliant. With good power to the nose,
clean, fresh and fruity aromas from the Monastrell and Tempranillo varietal.
Good elegant constitution in the mouth, very tasty and well balanced, reminiscent
of the varietal it originates from.
It should be consumed at a temperature of between 16ºC and 18ºC.
To be accompanied by, red meat, game, fatty cheeses and stews.
PERLA REAL, rosé
Rosé wine, intense raspberry pink colour and very brilliant. Intense
Monastrell varietal, aroma of fresh fruit and very young. Great structure
and lively in the mouth, with a spicy, fruity afterstate.
It should be consumed at a temperature of between 8ºC and 9ºC.
PERLA REAL, white
White wine, pale yellow with greeny streaks. Fruity aroma with floral notes
from the Airén varietal, clean and youthful. Well-balanced in the mouth,
medium-bodied, smooth. Fresh and wide bouquet, with a certain oiliness as
it passes through the mouth.
It should be consumed at a temperature of between 6ºC and 8ºC.
PERLA REAL, Syrah
Young red wine of the grape Syrah 100%, intense ruby red colour, very tasty
in mouth and with fine tannins that remember the grape it comes from.
The harvest is made by the beginning of September in the region of the Denomination
of Origin D.O. Jumilla with special care to the selection of the grape Syrah.
The predominated grounds are limy and are located at a height of 600-700 meters
above the sea level.
The elaboration process is made in special stainless steel tanks under temperature
control and by long maceration. After 3 months the wine is bottled and kept
in an underground cellar until it reaches its best moment for selling.
The Perla Real Syrah is bottled in its nature condition in order to maintain
all its characteristics; for this reason it's recommended to pour it off carefully
in case of precipitation.
It's suggested to open the bottle one hour before tasting the wine in order
to enjoy in detail the wide structure of this wine in mouth and nose.
The advisable temperature to serve is 15-l7ºC. .
PERLA REAL, Merlot
Young red wine of the grape Merlot 100%, intense ruby red colour, very tasty
with light and velvety tanins; strong bouquet, very typical of the grape Merlot.
The wine comes from a numerous selection of vineyards of the variety Merlot.
The harvest is made by the beginning of September in the region of the Denomination
of Origin D.O. Jumilla which is located at a height of around 700 meters above
the sea-level; the ground is limy and with poor rainfall; these characteristics
give the suitable maturity to the fruit.
The elaboration process is made by long maceration in special stainless steel
tanks and under temperature control. The wine Perla Real Merlot is bottled
in its nature condition in order to keep all its characteristics. For this
reason it's recommended to pour it off carefully in case of precipitation.
It's suggested to open the bottle one hour before tasting the wine in order
to enjoy in detail the wide structure of this wine in mouth and nose.
The advisable temperature to serve is 15-17ºC.
